No exceptionsNo swimming, rafts, tubes, boating, or other watercraft are allowed in the pond at any timeFishing is catch and keepPlease dispose of fishing line and soft plastic baits properly as they are hazardous to ducks and other wildlifeHunting and trapping on the farm is prohibitedGolf carts/ATVs may NOT be operated by unlicensed drivers unless accomypanied by a PARENT or GUARDIAN. (Parent or Guardian MUST bein front seat beside operator!) Children under 10 years of age shall NOT operate golf carts at any time on park premises. Anyone operating a golf cart /ATV MUST HAVE their license while on the cart.Golf carts/ATVs may NOT carry more than the number of passengers they were designed for.If you bring your Golf Cart you must be insured and the Golf Cart must be checked in with insurance information at the time of booking. RV Exterior and Site Area:RVs must remain mobile and fully functionalNo storage under campersClotheslines are not allowedNo alteration to site without permissionOil dripping and damage must be cleaned and repaired by guestsNo commercial enterprisesNo tarps on RVsRugs may be used but not on grassWashing RVs and/or vehicles at park is not allowedRepairing or painting vehicles is prohibited. If a guest is asked to leave the property, said guest is not allowed to return unless permission has been grantedIf the police are called to your site on your behalf for reason other than a medical emergency, you may be asked to leave the propertyViolation of any of the Policies mentioned above, and Rules and Regulations, will result in immediate expulsion form the farm with No RefundThe following rules were created to ensure all guests enjoy their stay at Tate Farm By The Pond, and since every situation cannot be covered in this list, the owner reserve the right to change them accordingly
